Submit a Support Ticket

Log into your account and open a support ticket or contact our help desk with your order number and clear photos of the item you wish to return.

Await RMA Approval

Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the products in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship using a trackable courier service.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
